This tutorial assumes you have a Good working knowledge of PSP.

Supplies Needed:
Paint Shop Pro (I used 12 but it can be done in any version)
Tube of Choice (I used the beautiful artwork of Jennifer Janesko)
You can Purchase a License to use her Artwork
HERE
Font of choice (I used AnnabelleJF)
My Supplies:

Open all supplies in PSP and minimize for now.

Open a new 600 x600 blank canvas. Flood fill with white.

Copy and paste your Mask Layer. Colorize to match your tube.

Copy and paste your frame of choice and resize to around 500 pixels.

Open your image of choice, paste as a new layer. Move this layer below your mask layer. I used my pick
tool to scale the frame and mask to fit my image. Then merge the image and frame together and add a
drop shadow of 4, -4, 50 and 7.00.

Copy and paste your set of rings. Resize by 70%. Position and go to effects, 3D effects, drop
shadow with the following settings: 2, -2, 50, and 5.00.

Now copy and paste the singel ring and resize by 75%. Apply the same drop shadow as before.

Now copy and paste braclet and go to image, mirror and position. Give it the same drop shadow as
before.

Now add your text and give it the same drop shadow as before.

Don't forget to add your mark and the artist copyright info.

Thanks for trying my tut!!
